The man who was stuck in an underground utility vault was rescued after a combined effort from UBCO campus security and the 91大黄鸭 Fire Department.

The 91大黄鸭 Fire Department has been dispatched to UBC Okanagan for a confined space rescue on the campus.
There are few details, however, firefighters, paramedics and campus security have staged around an in-ground structure near a water fountain in the centre of campus.
Firefighters can been climbing in and out of the structure. It's not known if anyone has been injured.
