A two-car fender bender on Clement Avenue near Clifton Road is causing traffic congestion during Tuesday鈥檚 evening commute.
The collision happened in the eastbound lanes of Clement just after 4:30 p.m.
One lane of Clement was blocked while emergency crews cleared the area.
Drivers are to expect delays in the area.
No injuries appeared to be reported.
