91大黄鸭 fire crews were called to the Gospel Mission on Leon Avenue downtown around 12 p.m. for reports of fire inside a wall.
Upon arrival, it was determined an outlet on the exterior of the building was sparking.
The building was evacuated as a precaution.
Fortis was also called to the scene.
