Swamp Road is shut down due to a three-vehicle crash.
The 91大黄鸭 Fire Department and BC Ambulance Service were called to the scene around 1 p.m. on Tuesday (July 8).
"The 91大黄鸭 RCMP is responding to a report of a serious vehicle crash between multiple vehicles in the 3900 block of Swamp Road," police said in an emailed statement.
At least one person was transported to hospital with unknown injuries.
RCMP Traffic Services, EHS and an RCMP reconstructionist are on scene. Police have closed Swamp Rd in both directions at Casorso Rd and Hughes Rd.
"The RCMP is asking motorists to stay out of the area and use an alternate route as Swamp Road will be closed for an undetermined time as an investigation has begun," the statement said.
No other details are available at this time.
