DriveBC is warning of slippery sections on Highway 97 for parts of the Okanagan, including 91´ó»ÆÑ¼, Penticton, and Osoyoos.
Motorists are asked to watch for the conditions between 91´ó»ÆÑ¼ and Osoyoos on Wednesday, Jan. 1.
The provincial road service's warning comes as temperatures hover around 0 C for most of the region. Environment Canada also noted there's a 30 per cent chance of flurries on Wednesday.
For those travelling on the Okanagan Connector, between Junction Highway 97 and Pennask Summit should also watch for slippery sections.
About 2 cm of snow is forecasted for 91´ó»ÆÑ¼, Osoyoos and Penticton on Thursday, Jan. 2, according to Environment Canada.
