The Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society (KFS) is set to host the 2025 Turtle Island Festival.
National Indigenous Peoples鈥� Day will be celebrated on Saturday, June 21. It will feature local arts and crafts, vendors, food, children鈥檚 activities, and a mini-powwow.
The event is free and will take place in front of the Ki-Low-Na Friendship main building at 442 Leon Avenue. The party starts at 10 a.m. and will proceed through to 7 p.m. The Grand Entry starts at 3 p.m.
The 400-500 block of Leon Ave. will be closed off to traffic to accommodate the event.
