West 91大黄鸭鈥檚 annual watermain flushing program is moving along, with crews now turning their attention to the West 91大黄鸭 Business Park and Boucherie Centre.

A precautionary water quality advisory will be in effect and will remain in place until further notice.

Property owners might notice temporary changes in their water, including reduced pressure or slight discolouration. This is normal and should only last briefly while crews are flushing the watermains.

This can sometimes stir up particles like manganese, which naturally accumulates in older systems. Though not harmful to most people, the city advises parents not to use tap water to mix infant formula during flushing as an extra precaution.

The city has made alternative drinking water available at the bulk filling station at Shannon Lake and Asquith Roads. Residents need to bring their own bottles.

The runs weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the possibility of some weekend or evening work depending on weather and other factors.
