A beaver was found near the West 91大黄鸭 yacht club Friday with arrows embedded in its fur.
Passerby Saskia Dover saw the animal floating in the water at about 12:45 p.m. at the end of Powers Creek.
She took photos of the beaver and contacted a conservation officer.
鈥淭hey said they would have to put it down once they got out there,鈥� said Dover. 鈥淒efinitely too many injuries鈥� it was very, very sad. Poor little guy.鈥�
