Lake Country鈥檚 Healthy Essentials Clinic is stepping up to provide online care in response to increased anxiety among residents due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
鈥淭he constant COVID-19 news updates, the need for social distancing, and the practice of self-isolating鈥攁lone or with others鈥攁re creating anxiety, fear, and a sense of overwhelm in many, many people,鈥� said Lake Country鈥檚 Healthy Essentials Clinic founder Christina Camilleri.

Camilleri said an array of care options will are now available virtually. Dietitians are being made available to discuss the immune system boosting to counselors who are available to address fears, anxiety, sleeplessness, worry and overwhelm. All of HEC鈥檚 professional health staff are online and accessible through self-referral. A doctor鈥檚 referral is needed for select devices.
