A law-breaking booze run turned into a court date following a reported theft from a Salmon Arm business.
The theft was reported to police by an employee of a Lakeshore Drive business on Sunday, May 15. The employee said a known "customer" had stolen a three-litre bottle of vodka and a pack of coolers, and that the customer was a regular at the store. Police viewed video footage of the incident before visiting the suspect's residence where he was arrested for theft.
The man was later released on conditions with a future court date.
