UPDATE: 7:17 a.m.
The fire at a construction site which erupted early Friday morning has been put out.
Quick action by the 91大黄鸭 Fire Department limited the damage to two units on the 6th floor of a building which was under construction just off Gyro Beach.
27 firefighters reported to the scene to fight the fire.
No injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
A bit of a set back for construction on a building on Lakeshore and Richter Roads after a fire burnt the top two stories after it is believed to have been struck by lighting at around 1:00 a.m. this morning 鈦︹仼

There are reports that a building is on fire in 91大黄鸭 on Lakeshore Road and Richter Street.
The building is believed to be unoccupied and under construction.

Witnesses say sirens can be heard from Bing Avenue.
