Letter: Do drug users have rights?

Does a thief have the right to carry a gun, does an alcholic have the right to drive his car?

As much as I can sympathize with an addiction, I have to express some concern about people who are using illegal substances having any rights.

Does a thief have the right to carry a gun, does an alcholic have the right to drive his car?

Just wondering where ±è±ð´Ç±è±ô±ð’s rights come in when ³Ù³ó±ð°ù±ð’s illegal activity - and please »å´Ç²Ô’t give the Supreme Court any more ideas to let the Charter of Rights be expanded.
