Goals scored on and off the rink/pitch for Ronald McDonald house in 91大黄鸭

More than $111,000 has been raised this year

Teams battled for a good cause on Friday and Saturday (May 23 and 24) at MNP Place in 91大黄鸭.

Through the two days, the 16th annual McElhanney Cares Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon Charity Hockey & Soccer Tournament took place, hosted by McElhanney Ltd.

While teams competed on the ice and the pitch, money was raised for Ronald McDonald House, providing critical support for families with children receiving medical treatment far from home. Eight teams played in the soccer tournament while 16 teams hit the ice.

As of Saturday afternoon, more than $111,000 has been raised, with the number expected to rise.
