After four seasons and nearly 250 games with the 91大黄鸭 Rockets, team captain Max Graham is turning pro.
The 20-year-old signed a two-year contract with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, the AHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins. It鈥檚 his first professional deal and a major step in a hockey career that started in his hometown of 91大黄鸭.
Graham was originally drafted by the New Jersey Devils in the 5th round (139th overall) of the 2024 NHL Draft. His NHL rights were later traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins in March 2025.
Over five WHL seasons, Graham became known for his steady, two-way play, leadership qualities, and physical presence. He put up 133 points in 237 regular season games (56 goals and 77 assists), along with 10 points in 20 playoff appearances.
Graham wore a letter for three of his five seasons and was named captain for the 2024鈥25 campaign.
