Brett Hawrys led the Shamrocks attack with four goals.
Vic Wiens scored twice for 91大黄鸭, while Pho Heng added the single.
The Raiders, who finished the regular season without a playoff spot, accepted a challenge from Armstrong to play in the final after the Kamloops Rattlers forfeited their berth.
