A traffic stop led to the detainment of an individual in 91大黄鸭 on Thursday.
Around 12:50 p.m. on Aug. 7, multiple RCMP vehicles pulled over a black truck in the 2300 block of Enterprise Way, blocking one of the parking lot entrances.
A witness told Black Press Media one person was taken from the truck and put into the back of one of the police vehicles. The 91大黄鸭 RCMP confirmed that one was person was detained at the scene. There were still three other people and a dog in the truck. One of them received a traffic violation ticket.
91大黄鸭 RCMP communications advisor Ryan Watters said the traffic stop was conducted as part of an investigation, which remains ongoing.
Watters added there is no danger to the public's safety and the RCMP won't be releasing any further information at this time.
