Highway 97 is slow going just north of Vernon.
A crash involving a motorcyclist took place shortly after 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road.
Then around 4:30 p.m. another crash took place on Highway 97 near Vernon Christian School.
Ambulance transported at least one person from the first crash, while BX Swan Lake Fire Rescue and RCMP assisted.
No apparent injuries took place in the second crash.
