UPDATED: Three men were pulled from Okanagan Lake after a boat collided with the shoreline late Wednesday.
At about 10 p.m., emergency responders were called to the 2700 block of Westside Road where a 24-foot Malibu wake-boarding boat crashed.
鈥淭hree adult males were located nearby uninjured and back in the water,鈥� said Cpl. Jesse O鈥橠onaghey.
One of the men was identified as the registered owner of the vessel.
Another of the men, a 32-year-old from West 91大黄鸭 who had been found floating, displayed gross levels of intoxication. Due to his level of intoxication and perceived inability to care for himself, he was taken into police custody to be released when sober.
The police investigation continues at this time.
鈥淚nvestigators continue to work to determine what factors likely led to the crash and exactly how many persons were on board the vessel, after unconfirmed reports had been received that a fourth person may have been on board the boat,鈥� said O鈥橠onaghey.

Mounties were called to the shores of Okanagan Lake just after 10 p.m. Wednesday night for a boat crash.
The vessel hit rocks near Lake Okanagan resort and four were on-board, said Don Bennison from the Wilson鈥檚 Landing Fire Department.
鈥淲e got a call-out to do with a boat that had been either beached on Lake Okangan Resort, or had run aground,鈥� said Bennison.
鈥淣obody was hurt, they were all fine. RCMP and marine rescue was there, so it was all looked after.鈥�
It鈥檚 unclear as of yet, is what happened to cause the crash, though a caller to the Capital News has speculated that there was some illegal activity afoot.
