Highway 1 is closed between Chase and Squilax Turtle Valley Road following a serious collision.
Three people have been taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash that took place just before 11 a.m.
According to Sgt. Vanessa Munn, a collision analysis and reconstruction service, has been called to the scene. The highway is expected to be closed for an undetermined amount of time.
All traffic is being rerouted, and a detour is available via Highway 97 to Highway 97 A/B.
