A mother of a 14-year-old girl is pleading for the public鈥檚 help to locate her daughter, Trinity Erickson, who has been missing since Friday morning.
Sylvie Chartrand said the last time she saw her daughter was Thursday night when she went to bed around 9:30 p.m.
鈥淚t鈥檚 very out of character for my daughter to do this,鈥 said Chartrand. 鈥淲e don鈥檛 know why this is happening.鈥
She said she immediately notificed the RCMP who are looking for her daughter and contacted friends and family to help.
鈥淪he鈥檚 a very loving and caring person,鈥 said Chartrand. 鈥淪he鈥檚 a very soft hearted girl, no badness in her bones.鈥
She said her daughter recently met a boy and could be with him because he didn鈥檛 turn up at school today, however so far they haven鈥檛 been able to get a hold of him or his family.
鈥淲e鈥檙e hoping they are just being typical teens,鈥 said Chartrand.
The RCMP said there is nothing to indicate foul play at this time and police believe she is in the 91大黄鸭 area.
鈥淧olice are concerned for Trinity鈥檚 well-being and family report that it is out of character for her to be out of contact for this long,鈥 said RCMP Const. Solana Par茅.

鈥 Last seen wearing pyjamas but it is presumed she has changed
